Presenation of cases of post-traumatic amnesia

Aim of this study was a presentation of cases of post traumatic amnesia (PTA). 10 cases are presented and discussed.9 male(90%) and 1 female(10%).Range of age between 25 and 55 years. Mean age 39,5 years.

Primary intracranial neuroblastoma in a 3 year-old child

Neuroblastoma, also known as neural crest tumor, is the most common cancer in children under 5 years old. Approximately 1 to 2% of cases are hereditary. It predominantly affects the adrenal gland and rarely manifests as a primary cancer of the central nervous system.

Vacuum elevation as an effective treatment for pingpong fractures in children

Diffuse villous hyperplasia of the choroid plexus (DVHCP) is a rare congenital condition, characterized by enlarged but morphologically normal choroid plexuses, and associated with hydrocephalus due to excessive CSF production. In recent years, we encountered two cases in which radiological and histological findings confirmed DVHCP.

Due to their labour-intensive nature only a few high-quality cadaver-based 3D virtual dissection simulation models are available worldwide.
