[The aim of the study to compare the validity of the Pines’ Burnout Measure and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Methods: The study was a cross-sectional quantitative survey administered online to 1201 health care professionals. Data were analyzed with chi-square test and Spearman’s rank correlation (p<0.05).
