[The author presents some data on the optional screening of 113 drivers, comparing the data by pathology and their accident statistics. He adds infrared thermography to the usual clinical examinations and concludes that the examination methodology is a useful aid not only in the detection of mild and early different pathologies but also in the assessment of accident risk. It also concludes that thermograms can be used to measure the specific effects of driving on humans.]
